Helping you profit from the green economy
The South Yorkshire Green Business Club was established in 1997 to demonstrate to businesses in the area that environmental best practice can reduce costs, increase sales and lead to greater competitiveness.
With over a decade of experience it continues to organise successful events, provide information and help businesses to make the most of environmental opportunities.
Key events in the calendar include a legal update hosted by South Yorkshire Green Business Club founders DLP Piper, a regular showcase networking session, debates and workshops to highlight business support initiatives.
The South Yorkshire Green Business Club is administrated by Sheffield’s award-winning Chamber of Commerce. The network is guided by its executive steering group whose members include DLA Piper, EEF Sheffield, The Environment Agency, both Hallam and the University of Sheffield and Wardell Armstrong. The steering group is currently chaired by Sheffield Chamber of Commerce past president and Director of Wardell Armstrong, Nick Tovey.
The club’s events are held throughout South Yorkshire, so you can be sure there is a meeting near you. Come along and take advantage of the friendly, informative and proactive network of business support.
